What counts as a workflow run?
A workflow run is one complete execution of a playbook from trigger to finish — for example, sending an appointment reminder after a booking or creating an invoice after a visit. Each triggered sequence counts as one run, regardless of how many steps it contains.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my run limit?
Additional workflow runs are billed at $0.03 per run. You'll get a notification when you reach 80% of your monthly limit so there are no surprises.
Do I need a developer to set up playbooks?
No. Playbooks are built for non-technical teams. You choose a goal, answer a few business-specific prompts (hours, invoice limits, sender names), and the workflow handles the rest.
